Let me introduce to you another food we love in Japan.

What is Kushiage?

“Kushi” is the Japanese word for skewers.

“Age” means “to fry.”

White fish and the other one is a Japanese Lotus root

Most Japanese sleep on Futons.

A Futon is basically a flat mattress stuffed with cotton, wool , synthetic fiber or a combination of these.

It is the Japanese “bed” . It is usually spread out on the tatami mat or floor.
