The Super Food – Natto

When I came to Japan the first time, our “counterparts” at the exchange student program, blind-folded us and fed us this  food that had a strong smell and taste I can never forget.

I remember that we could not eat it, because it had a strong smell, and also because it was so “slimmy”.

“Kushi” is the Japanese word for skewers.

“Age”  means “to fry.”
