Am glad you like it – it is called Chigirie – try inquiring at the Japanese Embassy or any Japanese group, am sure they have some women doing this during their free time… I hope they do in New York… Am not sure about workshops in New York… but I can check. Take care.

The very same painful experience I feel watching the head of a fish in the middle of a platter of sashimi that had just been sliced and prepared, fresh from the aquarium, still moving as if convulsing and having epileptic seizures. Ohhh, such guilty pleasures…
