I have written about the Cherry blossoms these past days…
Obviously because they are in season…
And because they are very popular in Japan, and loved by all of us here in Japan….

Many "Western cakes and desserts" have the cherry blossoms
I love going to the “Depa-chika” (Department basement) every time… specially in Spring to see all these beautiful colors.
This time, the theme is of course – the colors of spring and the “sakura”.
How I wish all my family and friends could see these things I enjoy … truly simple - art in food – just beautiful !

I LOVE IT! The Sakura mochi are sooooo pretty! I must visit Japan during the Cherry Blossom Festival. That’s going on my 35 Before 30 list for sure!
